Physical items may be returned within 7–14 days if unused (buyer pays return shipping). Custom orders are non-refundable once started. Digital patterns are non-refundable due to instant download.

When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items ship within 2–6 weeks since each piece is handmade with care.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I love making custom pieces. Because each item is handmade and I crochet at a careful pace, turnaround time is typically 2–6 weeks depending on size and complexity. I’ll always confirm a timeline before starting.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are handmade by me in Minnesota, USA. Each piece is carefully crocheted in a smoke-free home with lots of time and attention to detail.

How do I care for my crochet items?

Care instructions are included with each item. However, in general, for best results, hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Hand washing will help your piece last longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you accept custom size requests?

Yes! Custom sizing is available through commission. Pricing and production time may vary depending on size.

How do I download my pattern?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files through your account purchases page.

Can I sell items I make from this pattern?

Yes — you may sell finished items made from my patterns in small quantities.
