Processing Times (Read Before Ordering)

Most items are made to order, and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. For commission pieces, please allow 2–6 weeks for processing depending on the size of the item, current order volume, and complexity. 

Custom/commission pieces and color‑customized orders will take longer. If you need something by a specific date, contact me before ordering and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or delays outside of my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been dropped off with the carrier, Snitches Get Stitches is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact me using the contact form located at the bottom of the website within 7-14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

Orders currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
